My Story
I am an ambitious entrepreneur who moved to the United States in 2004 to pursue an education. My journey has been filled with hard work, dedication, and a never-ending desire for success. My entrepreneurial spirit runs deep, and I have been part of several successful ventures. Together with my beautiful wife, Deileta, we launched Elev8ed Cre8ion in 2017, a start-up that has achieved great success and continues to grow. Prior to founding Balanced Rock Capital, I led the Strategic Pricing team at McKesson and partnered with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive the growth of the Life Sciences business through winning many pivotal bids. My previous experience also includes leading the National Accounts Pricing team at Republic Services, where I was responsible for providing Waste Management solutions to big box stores such as Walmart, Target, and Best Buy. I’m a current Board Member of ARKTrust Investments, an investing firm with interests in property development, real estate and agriculture in Southern Africa. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science from The Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, complemented by an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

My Family
I am a loving husband to my wife, Deileta, and a devoted father to our two beautiful girls, Mati and Diwa. As a child, I was inspired by my mother, who started a women’s clothing line in our family living room. Her determination and hard work continue to be a source of motivation for me. As a husband, father, and son, I understand the importance of leaving a lasting legacy. The legacy you have built with your business will be in good hands.
